How It Works

Setting up a discount program can be a time-consuming, labor-intensive project. It takes a lot of time to find interested local businesses, find a business to produce the cards, and get the necessary artwork together. Most fundraising efforts for schools and other organizations are run by volunteers, so time is a valuable commodity. That's why ScholarCardz has already done most of the leg work for you! Our goal is to make the fundraising as effective as possible for our clients.

ScholarCardz has already scouted out and registered a variety of local and national merchants that are interested in supporting your organization. 20 merchants participating merchants are included on each card. Don't see a merchant that you'd like to include? No problem. Just send us contact information for that merchant and we'll take care of the rest.

With ScholarCardz, there is no up front investment. When you place your order (min order - 2,500 units, 5000 for custom cards) with us, we produce the cards at no cost to you. We have a variety of card designs to choose from. All you need to do is choose a template and send us print-ready artwork for your school mascot or your organization logo. When the cards are ready, you will receive durable, plastic credit card-sized discount cards.

All you need to do is mobilize your organization membership to sell the cards, track your sales, and collect money. When your fundraising drive is over, send back 50% of the sales and any unsold cards back to ScholarCardz. Please note, that you will be responsible for any cards not returned and you will be billed for the cost of any missing items. With custom cards, you are responsible for the sale and payment of all cards since they are customized to your organization.
